General terms and conditions of business

Reservations can be made through Booking.com or Airbnb.
If you prefer to book directly, please send us an inquiry.
For direct bookings, a deposit payment is required, while the remaining balance is to be paid shortly before arrival.
The minimum stay in July and August is 5 days.
Outside the peak season, we offer lower prices even for a smaller number of guests. Please feel free to send us an inquiry if needed.
